Terms & Conditions Glam Products - Booking & Payment:

A £50 Deposit is required when booking for all Eyelash Extension Courses.

We also require the balance of the course to be paid 7 working days before the course date  by cheque / credit card.

Failure to attend:
If you fail to attend all or part of a course. You will need to pay to re-attend.
If you have paid a deposit the deposit will be lost.

Cancellations:

If you cancel less than seven days before you are due to attend a
course, the course fee in non refundable. If you give 7 days notice or more days notice there is a cancellation fee £25. Although, If we can get someone else to take your place on the course on short notice or you can there is no cancellation fee.

Intensive:

All Glam Products courses are intensive. You will be required to learn all practical aspects, health & Safety and essential A&P in a relatively short period of time. Intensive courses are not suitable for everyone they require personal motivation and some home study / practice. If you are unsure if a course is suitable please contact us at ...


Course Certificates:

In the unlikely event a student should not pass the course first time (providing full payment has been made) they will be given the opportunity to repeat the course with no extra charge until we are satisfied with student performance and are able to issue a certificate.

Feedback & Complaints:

We welcome feedback on our courses. You may be asked to provide your feedback on a form at the end of your course. Or you can Nominate at anytime by Clicking Here.

If you have any concerns about your course these should be brought to the attention of us in writing by email or letter within 7 days of your course date.  A request for refund will not be considered if we do not have the request within this time.

Complaints mid course should be brought to the attention of Louise or Margaret asap.
No refunds will be given if any problems are not reported within the 7 day period. If you fail to pay or have stopped payments while your query is being looked at you will automatically forfit the right to receive a refund if one was being considered.

Course Dates:

Due to unforeseen circumstances training dates may need to be re-arranged. If this happens you will be given as much notice as possible. Please make sure you provide accurate contact numbers & e-mail address.
